A - Upon completion, we require payment for any domestic service in the form of a cash, or credit/debit card. Payment for commercial work may be paid within 30 days using one of the aforementioned procedures or a BACS transfer.

A - This is dependent on a variety of parameters like as pile length, fibre, structure, and ambient temperature, but the great majority of carpets will be dry in 2-4 hours (often less!). When appropriate, we will use turbo air movers to speed up the drying process.

A - If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a £40.00 fee.

A: We are happy to move the majority of large pieces of furniture, such as sofas, beds, and dining tables, but we do ask clients to move chairs, toys, speakers, and other electrical devices (TVs and routers can typically stay in place) first before cleaning.
